BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All accommodation prices are per room, per night based on two guests sharing and include a delicious full English or continental breakfast and VAT.
Our rooms are all en-suite with bath and shower. They are equipped with flat screen digital TV, hairdryer, refreshment tray, 'wifi' reception and are all non smoking.
The ground floor room has its own separate access via a private patio garden and is, therefore, suitable for anyone who would prefer not to use stairs.
Our top floor room has sloping ceilings in some areas, so it should be noted that it has limited headroom in such places.
Reservations should be confirmed at the time of booking with credit card details or a cheque deposit for £50.00. Unconfirmed reservations may be cancelled by us without notice.
Group bookings of three or more rooms require payment of a non-refundable deposit of 30% at the time of reservation being made. (This will be refunded minus an administration fee if we relet the rooms at the full price following a group cancellation.)
For cancellation of accommodation within seven days of the due date of arrival, a charge of one night's stay will be made unless we are able to relet the room at the full price.
Major credit cards are accepted (except Amex and Diners)
Downderry House is unsuitable for small children and therefore we do not accept children under the age of 10.
Well behaved dogs are welcome in our ground floor room. £5.00 per dog per night.
Check-in:- from 3.00pm. Check-out:- 10.30am (please advise if you plan to arrive after 6.00pm).
