From the North or South
Leave M5 junction 30, take A376 towards Sidmouth. Budleigh Salterton is signposted right at the next roundabout. Follow the B3179 to Budleigh Salterton.After Woodbury, take the right hand fork signposted to Budleigh Salterton (B3180). At the T junction turn right . After passing the 'Budleigh Salterton welcomes you' sign, Downderry House is approximately 500m on the left.

From the East
Leave A303 at 'Daisy Mount' junction. Take B3180 to Budleigh Salterton. Stay on this road over Woodbury Common, pass turn to Exmouth. After passing the 'Budleigh Salterton welcomes you' sign, Downderry House is 500m on your left.
